Is technical know-how needed to set up a B2B shop for a client?2023-07-27T10:16:06+00:00

No, thanks to intuitive user operation, every employee with authorisation can set up individual webshops for their respective customers. Whether individual logos, domains, backgrounds, customer-specific categories, prices or products: everything is customisable – without tying up your IT resources.

What information can be used in B2B shops?2023-12-14T10:25:38+00:00

Tscope delivers over 7 million products including high-quality product content. You can easily compile the assortment for your customers individually with just a few clicks or import your own lists with predefined articles and services.  You can obtain even more appealing content, for example from 1WorldSync or Icecat, with the “Content packages” add-on.

What sources of supply does my customer see in the B2B shops?2023-12-14T10:21:51+00:00

With ITscope’s customised B2B shops, you have a multi-supplier capable tool and can make this decision yourself. Pre-select suitable suppliers for your customer from more than 350 distributors across Europe and show them either the real supplier names, anonymised names (e.g. “Warehouse A”, “Warehouse B” etc.) or just yourself as the source.

What prices does my customer see in the B2B shop?2023-07-27T10:14:06+00:00

Depending on the customer or customer group, you can create individual price rules for various product types in the ITscope B2B shop. Additionally, it’s also possible to display procurement prices to allow open-book pricing.

Can customer orders be automatically routed to distribution?2022-01-31T14:45:44+00:00

Yes, this is possible! If you activate automatic routing, one or more purchase orders are automatically generated from each customer order and forwarded to the distributor’s EDI systems. Alternatively, you can also collect incoming orders and manually convert them into purchase orders.

This allows your customers’ user-logins to be automatically authenticated and shopping carts to be transferred to your own procurement system. ITscope takes care of the data logistics and the connection to common systems and interfaces such as OCI or cXML.

Can I store contacts for dropshipment or ESD products?2022-01-31T14:37:06+00:00

ITscope offers a separate administration for your contacts in the company section. Several addresses can be stored.

The standard shipping costs can be stored for each supplier, also as a percentage of the order volume.

Are all order documents digitally retrievable, such as delivery notes and invoices with the serial numbers of the ordered products?2022-01-28T15:56:18+00:00

Yes, many of the available ERP interfaces already use document import as part of order automation. Electronic order documents are generally available in openTRANS format for import into your own ERP system, provided the distributor supports this. A separate activation by the distributor may be required to receive e-invoices.

Manufacturer

Are there any commissions or transaction fees?2022-01-28T15:31:59+00:00

Distributors each have very different file formats and categorisations, how can this work?2022-01-31T14:30:27+00:00

ITscope delivers all products from a uniform catalogue and in a uniform data format. This means that you can select across distributors, e.g. according to categories and manufacturers, and the output format is uniform. For example, you will always find shipping weights and dimensions in the same place and standardised to kg/mm, no matter how differently individual suppliers handle this. Our Content Team takes care of the matching and standardisation for you!

What are the advantages of connecting to ITscope via API or data export?2022-01-31T14:35:55+00:00

ITscope dramatically reduces dependency on individual distributors and changes in their formats or data provision: thanks to ITscope’s standardised, versioned data format, you can be sure that your import will function in a permanently stable manner. In addition, ITscope increases the coverage with product images and further information.
